Kaylen is a Managing Partner at Avicado with more than a decade of operations engineering and project management experience and a dedicated focus on technical operations and global asset onboarding. In her role at Avicado, Kaylen provides best-in-class service to our clients, along with custom solutions to complex construction and operations problems backed by her deep industry knowledge and proven execution skills.
Before coming to Avicado, Kaylen spent more than five years at an American multinational technology conglomerate, where she coordinated activities on a global contract with a third party to perform 100% asset data verification and database clean-up activities, and oversaw a $700M budget for all of the site startup, facility engineering teams, and quality/reliability team including contract drafting and approval, invoice approval, obtaining quotes, and financial forecasts.
Professionally, Kaylen is passionate about asset management and data integrity and spent the early years of her career serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing and DIY projects, and is currently based in Prineville, Oregon.
